Brigade Group Unveils Premium Managed Workspace ‘BuzzWorks’ in Hyderabad

Brigade Group has officially unveiled its premium managed workspace brand, BuzzWorks, at Auro Orbit in HITEC City, Hyderabad. Spread over 25,000 square feet , the new facility offers 416 desks, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces designed to cater to the needs of modern businesses. This marks a significant step in Brigade Group’s expansion plans, with the company aiming to reach one million square feet  of flexible office space by FY26.

Nirupa Shankar, Joint Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, emphasised the company’s focus on Hyderabad, stating, “With the unveiling of BuzzWorks, we are committed to expanding our presence in Hyderabad’s office sector. Our goal is to create 10,000 seats across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai, providing ready-to-move-in premium workspaces and custom-built managed offices.” She added that the group is exploring land partnerships to further extend its footprint in the city.

BuzzWorks at Auro Orbit is designed with an 'Urban Forest' theme, blending cutting-edge technology and natural elements to foster a productive and sustainable work environment. The workspace maximises natural light, incorporates AI-powered smart space technology, and uses sustainable materials such as birch plywood and recycled nylon carpets. Advanced energy management systems and air-purifying plants like the Fiddle Leaf Fig enhance both durability and air quality. The facility also includes recreational amenities like a gaming zone, foosball, and table tennis, offering a vibrant, community-driven workspace experience from the 18th floor with stunning city views.

Brigade Group introduced BuzzWorks in 2019, offering flexible office spaces tailored to startups, freelancers, and corporations. With BuzzWorks Live, the brand integrates networking events and unique experiences for tenants, further enriching the managed workspace environment.
